Well Thermometer over 3feet - $175 in Windsor, Ontario for sale

I have a tiny collection of indications for sale ... I am offering this 1950's SUPER RARE Expecting Well Thermometer.
It determines 40 inches by 10.5 inches. It is not mint yet is still in great form.
It is missing out on the mercury part.(conveniently switched out at the dollar shop?).
