KOLSTEIN GERMAN hand CARVED 3/4 UPRIGHT BASS near MINT!! - $7500 in Windsor, Ontario for sale

Here we have a 1971 Samuel Kolstein 3/4 GERMAN upright carved bass. This is a 1 owner bass. It is very obvious the instrument was not played much. Even the gig bag looks new. The bass is spotless with NO repairs, breaks, or cracks except for a 2" vertical on the upper side by the body. There is VERY slight movement and this is a very easy fix. MINT condition means like new. I will give this bass a solid 9.5 as there are a few very light surface flaws you have to strain to see. The Kolstein label inside is stamped Feb-1971 with a signature 'see pictures'. I also have the original receipt from the Kolstein shop that is dated June 71' and stamped paid in full.

The bass has a 2 piece carved solid spruce top and back with the back and sides being solid maple.
